Master’s Degree in Engineering, NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Originally from Scotland, now based in Los Angeles. Meghan found her passion was not in engineering but in coaching others to be the best version of themselves. Born in New Zealand, Sammy in 2014 was awarded a cycling scholarship to attend a school in America.She spent spent 4.5 years in America, growing, developing her sporting abilities and experiences. When I stoped cycling I kept eating the same way I was when I was training 16+ hours a week, which lead her to gain unwanted weight. Sammy got started on our nutrition plan and her results have been incredible. Sammy lost 35lb, down 15% body fat, increased energy and the biggest thing was getting her confidence back!

Former professional volleyball player, nursery school SEN teacher and current belly dancing instructor. Originally from Turkey, now living in London, England. Sarah - Coach

Born and raised in California, Sarah has a Bachelors degree in Animal Science. She has taught anatomy and physiology lab at her college and worked as a Veterinary Technician at an emergency hospital. Sarah played competitive soccer while growing up and loves all things fitness. She is now living full time in her traveling trailer as she goes across the US and Canada all while being a full time BTES coach.  She is down 10lbs on our nutrition plan, has gained confidence and most importantly got out of her depression due to having such a supportive community.

Living in North Carolina Lauren has her bachelors in Environmental Health and is currently working on her Masters in occupational safety. She began her weight loss journey when she was over 200lbs in 2013 with the wrong mindset. Lauren thought she needed to limit her eating and work out for several hours each day.  Now after joining the BTES app she is living a healthy lifestyle, eats throughout the day does the daily app workouts. Lauren is down to 140lbs and is the healthiest she has ever been.

Former hairdresser and a real estate agent Laura, lives in the UK with her three children and husband. She has her Advanced Nutrition and Weight Loss Diploma and is now a full time BTES coach. After she had her 3rd child Laura’s fitness & nutrition slipped which is when she started to follow the BTES calendar and nutrition plan. Her energy came back, reduced her bloating and dropped 9lb.
